Buyer Expectations

We strive to deliver products as described in your order. Custom items are handmade artistic interpretations based on your requests. Due to the nature of fursuit costumes, we cannot guarantee a replica of references or previous designs.

Production & Delivery

Orders enter production only after full payment. However, we may accept deposit-based or installment payment plans in certain cases. Please contact us to discuss payment options before finalizing your order. We provide an estimated delivery window, but timelines vary based on design complexity, material availability, and production factors. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply shortages, design revisions, or production complexities.

Modification Requests

If you need to modify your character design after placing an order, we will accommodate your request if feasible. Minor changes, such as color adjustments or small design tweaks, are more likely to be accepted, while major alterations may require additional costs and extended production timelines. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications. However, changes may affect pricing, production schedules, and delivery dates. We reserve the right to accept or decline modification requests at our discretion.

Payment Plans

We may offer installment-based payment plans. If you encounter difficulties meeting a scheduled payment, contact us before the due date to discuss alternative arrangements. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in order cancellation.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your order or it is canceled due to a contract breach, we will assess whether a refund applies. If we cancel your order for reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund. Canceled projects remain our property, and we reserve the right to complete and sell them at our discretion.

Handmade Product Variations

Each fursuit is a unique creation influenced by material selection and artistic design. Minor cosmetic differences from specifications or past work may occur but will not impact the product’s quality or value.

Incorrect Product Delivery

We provide progress updates and quality checks to ensure accuracy. If you believe you received an incorrect product, contact us before using it. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Buyer Responsibilities & Liability

You confirm that you have the right to order a product based on your specifications. Wearing costumes comes with inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for safe use. We are not liable for any buyer or third-party actions related to the product.

Fursuit Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship and perform quality checks before shipping. Our fursuits come with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as stitching failures, structural weaknesses, or material defects that arise from the crafting process. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements, excessive wear, or intentional damage. Upon receipt, inspect your order immediately. If you suspect a defect, stop using the product and contact us with documentation.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is complete, we will confirm shipping details with you before dispatch. Most U.S. orders include free shipping and insurance via a major carrier, while international customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping estimates for international orders will be provided upfront, but buyers should be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on their country’s regulations. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees beyond the agreed terms.
